1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the dood11 website, creating a player account, or placing any wager or bet on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These terms apply to all users of dood11 regardless of the device or method of access used.

dood11 reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, we will notify registered players through the contact details held on file. Your continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

2. Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Participation on the dood11 platform is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This requirement applies across all cities and regions of Bangladesh including Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, and Cox's Bazar. dood11 takes its age-restriction obligations seriously and may request documentary proof of age at any point during the account lifecycle.

Any player found to have provided false age information will have their account immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any winnings accumulated while underage will be forfeited without exception.

2.2 Account Registration

To participate in any real-money game, bet, or promotion on dood11, you must register a player account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to keep this information up to date at all times. Registration requires a valid email address, a chosen username, and a secure password. dood11 may also request a mobile number for OTP-based verification.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on dood11. Opening multiple accounts, whether under the same name, same device, same IP address, or same payment method, is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, dood11 reserves the right to close all but the original account and may confiscate any balances held across the duplicate accounts.

2.3 Verification (KYC)

Acceptable identity documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth registration certificate. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until compliance is achieved.

3. Player Account

3.1 Account Security

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your dood11 login credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances. dood11 will never contact you by email or SMS asking for your account password, bKash PIN, or Nagad password.

3.2 Account Suspension and Closure

dood11 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where: (a) the player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions; (b) fraudulent, collusive, or dishonest conduct is suspected; (c) the player has provided false or misleading registration information; (d) chargebacks or payment disputes have been initiated by the player without valid grounds; or (e) account activity suggests the circumvention of responsible gaming controls.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

dood11 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Bangladeshi players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer from selected Bangladeshi banks including BRAC Bank, City Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. dood11 does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider's own charges may apply.

Deposits are credited to your dood11 account balance upon confirmed receipt of funds. dood11 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors. All deposits must be funded from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited and will be returned where possible, with the associated account flagged for review.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where operationally possible. Processing times vary by payment method but dood11 targets completion of verified withdrawal requests within one to three business days. During periods of high volume or where additional verification is required, processing times may be extended.

dood11 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts. The minimum withdrawal amount and any applicable processing thresholds will be displayed in the player's account cashier at the time of requesting.

4.3 Currency

All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and wager amounts on dood11 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Where conversion from another currency is required, the applicable exchange rate and any associated conversion fee will be clearly disclosed prior to the transaction being confirmed.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, dood11 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to the promotion at the time it is offered. General bonus rules applicable across all dood11 promotions are as follows:

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Wagering requirements will be stated in multiples of the bonus amount (e.g., 20x, 30x). Wagers placed with bonus funds on restricted game categories may not count toward the wagering requirement.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per IP address.

• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any uncompleted wagering requirements at the time of expiry will result in the bonus balance and associated winnings being removed from the account.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on dood11 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport and event. In the case of live cricket betting — including BPL, IPL, T20 internationals, and other fixtures — bets accepted after the ball has been bowled or after the official result has been determined will be voided. dood11 reserves the right to suspend or close betting markets at any time where integrity concerns arise or where technical issues affect the reliability of live odds feeds.

In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or declared a no-result, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific rules published for that competition. Where no specific rule is published, dood11's trading team will determine the appropriate settlement method, and that decision shall be final.

6.2 Casino and Slots

All casino games available on dood11 — including slots from Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, and other certified studios — use certified random number generation (RNG) to determine outcomes. dood11 does not manipulate game outcomes. The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is set by the game provider and may be viewed within the game information panel.

• Opening accounts on behalf of third parties or allowing third parties to operate your account.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels, the parties agree to seek resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any other remedy. dood11's decisions on matters of game outcomes, bonus settlement, and account status are final where they are consistent with these Terms & Conditions.

13. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. The failure of dood11 to enforce any right or provision of these terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
